This warranty applies exclusively to Pandora-branded sintered stone and engineered quartz surfacing materials supplied by Pandora Porcelain & Quartz Inc. (“Pandora”).

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the materials under normal and intended use, subject to the terms and exclusions outlined below.

This is a material-only warranty. Fabrication, cutting, transportation, installation, and workmanship are not covered under this warranty and are the responsibility of the respective service providers, subject to applicable law.

Natural stone and products supplied by other manufacturers are excluded.

Residential Limited Lifetime Warranty

Valid for the lifetime of the original purchaser, beginning from the date of completed installation, provided the purchaser continues to own and occupy the original residential property.

Commercial Limited 5-Year Warranty

Valid for five (5) years from the date of completed installation for qualifying commercial and non-owner-occupied applications.

This warranty is non-transferable and is subject to the eligibility requirements below.

To qualify for warranty coverage:

• The claimant must be the original purchaser or the first qualifying homeowner of a newly constructed property where the material was supplied through a builder.

• Valid proof of purchase must be provided.

• The material must be properly fabricated, installed, supported, and maintained.

• The material must remain at its original installation location.

• The claimant must allow reasonable inspection of the reported defect.

This warranty does not cover:

Improper Use or Maintenance:

Damage caused by misuse, impact, improper cleaning, chemical exposure, excessive heat, thermal shock, or improper maintenance.

Fabrication and Installation:

Damage or defects resulting from cutting, fabrication, transportation, handling, installation, removal, or reinstallation, including services performed by recommended or independent fabricators and installers.

Structural Issues:

Cracking or damage caused by inadequate support, cabinet movement, building settlement, excessive overhangs, or structural instability.

Alterations:

Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, resurfacing, grinding, bending, or thickness reduction.

Natural Appearance Variations:

Normal differences in colour, shade, texture, veining, pattern, and finish between slabs, samples, photographs, or production batches.

Vein and Pattern Matching:

Exact vein alignment, bookmatching, and pattern continuity across seams, corners, edges, or waterfall installations are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Cosmetic Conditions:

Minor visual characteristics within applicable manufacturing tolerances, normal wear and tear, stains, scratches, water marks, and surface conditions not caused by manufacturing defects.

Unapproved Applications:

Damage resulting from applications or environments not approved for the specific product.

Third-Party Products:

Issues involving cabinets, sinks, plumbing, adhesives, fixtures, substrates, or other products not covered by this warranty.

Pandora supplies surfacing materials and may refer customers to independent fabrication and installation professionals.

Any fabrication or installation services, including measurements, cutting, edge finishing, seams, sink cutouts, transportation, and installation workmanship, are separate from Pandora's material warranty.

Workmanship-related issues should be addressed with the responsible service provider under the applicable service agreement or warranty.

A referral or recommendation by Pandora does not, by itself, constitute a workmanship guarantee.

Nothing in this section limits any responsibility or remedy that applies under a separate contract or applicable law.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact Pandora Porcelain & Quartz Inc. or your original seller.

Please provide:

• Proof of purchase.

• Product information, if available.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs of the affected area.

• Installation information, if available.

Pandora reserves the right to inspect the material and evaluate the claim before determining warranty coverage.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed and covered under this warranty, Pandora will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement of the affected material, or a refund of the purchase price attributable to the defective material.

Subject to applicable law, Pandora may determine the appropriate remedy based on the nature of the defect and product availability.

Exact colour, pattern, or finish matching is not guaranteed. If the original product is discontinued or unavailable, a reasonably comparable alternative may be offered.

Replacement or repair does not automatically extend the original warranty period.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, this material warranty does not include fabrication, removal, reinstallation, transportation, plumbing, electrical work, cabinetry modifications, or other related labour and expenses.

Providing replacement material does not automatically include fabrication or installation services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pandora shall not be responsible under this limited warranty for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from product defects.

Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

No dealer, distributor, salesperson, fabricator, installer, or other third party is authorized to modify or extend this warranty without written authorization from Pandora.

This warranty represents Pandora's voluntary limited material warranty for the covered products, subject to any separate binding written commitments and applicable law.

This warranty is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Your Statutory Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to any mandatory rights and remedies available under applicable Ontario and Canadian law. Nothing in this warranty is intended to restrict those rights.
