Care & Maintenance Guide
Printed Quartz Stone Countertop
General Usage & Placement
Indoor Use Only: Printed quartz stone is not suitable for outdoor installation.
Avoid Prolonged Sunlight Exposure: If your countertop is installed near a window with direct sunlight or strong reflection, we recommend applying UV protective film to the window to significantly prolong the countertop's lifespan.
Cleaning & Daily Maintenance
Routine Cleaning: Use warm soapy water and wipe with a soft damp cloth for daily cleaning.
Removing Stains: Most household stains can be removed using a non-abrasive sponge or damp cloth with mild soap or cleaner. Rinse with clean water afterward.
Neutral Cleaning Agents Only: If the surface comes into contact with non-neutral cleaners or chemical solvents, rinse immediately with clean water to avoid damage.
Timely Spill Cleanup: Clean spills immediately, especially turmeric, vinegar, wine, and other high-pigment or acidic substances. Though quartz is stain-resistant, long-term exposure may cause discoloration.
Preventing Damage
Use Protective Accessories: Use trays, cutting boards, trivets, and coasters to reduce direct contact with potentially staining or damaging items.
Avoid Scratches: Quartz is scratch-resistant, not scratch-proof. Always use a cutting board and avoid using sharp objects directly on the surface.
Heat Protection: Never place hot pots, pans, or dishes directly on the countertop. Use heat pads or trivets to avoid thermal shock or damage.
Avoid Harsh Cleaners: Do not use abrasive or harsh chemical cleaners, as they may damage the quartz or resin surface. Use non-abrasive, pH-balanced cleaning agents instead.
Prevent Impact Damage: Quartz is durable but not indestructible. Avoid dropping heavy objects on the countertop, especially on edges, to prevent chipping or cracking.
Regular Inspection: Check your countertop periodically for any signs of damage or wear. Address issues early to prevent further deterioration.
